"As one of the co owners of the company my background , is Technical Theatre, Childcare Law and Recruitment...and when I grow up I want to play for Spurs."What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
"Making a difference to people’s lives; giving them the opportunity to reach for the stars. We have one of the lowest staff turnovers in the sector and this is achieved by ensuring that the staff have all the tools they need to do their job effectively (in-depth and continued training, extensive resources and career opportunities, an excellent basic salary and commission and excellent working conditions etc.)"
What is the greatest challenge that you encounter within your role?
"My role as CEO is to ensure that my staff are happy and that they progress in their career. I am proud of every member of my team and every member of Prospero has differing needs, and ensuring that I meet their needs is one of the biggest challenges I face on a day to day basis."
I am one of the owners and and founders of the Prospero Group Ltd formed in 2002.
But rather than talk about me…I’d prefer to thank our staff. So thank you to our 'Prosperians' working hard across our offices nationwide and overseas and thank you to all the staff that work for us as in education and healthcare settings and rising to unprecedented challenges in the last couple of years over Covid.
It’s your hard work that has taken Prospero forwards in leaps and bounds, and more importantly has provided invaluable support and education to children, young people in need and vulnerable adults.

Matt has been with Prospero over 9 years. Having been in the recruitment game almost 22 years.
"Having been a consultant myself and gone through the ranks, the bit I enjoy the most would be taking our staff through a journey from junior consultant to team manager and then perhaps on to a senior management position. It was important to me to build Prospero into a meritocracy where ability cuts through, always promoting from within and making sure the right people go into the right roles. I think in the early stages when I went into recruitment it wasn’t necessarily a career. And in this day and age, it has become one of the best places to work for a career."
Rich has been with Prospero since 2009 and has
over 20 successful years in recruitment.

we have grown from a small business with 10 staff in one office to being one of
the largest Educational and Health and Social care recruitment companies, with
circa 350 employees across multiple locations, and I feel extremely proud to
